I don’t remember where we were, but I remember that we were driving.
My parents had a Pontiac Parisienne, a tan one* that was the nicest car I’d ever ridden in.
*Every car we had, from my earliest memory until I was in high school, was some iteration of brown – the Parisienne, a Bronco II, a Maverick, and a Jeep Cherokee. In fact, my dad currently has a tan Blazer. None of this is important, but I thought it was an interesting observation*.
